Vapotage in France: FIVAPE confronts preconceived ideas.
But FIVAPE's work doesn't stop at political action, in France and in Europe. For years, we have been working to build and consolidate our professions and activities. The more solid and professional we are, the more we will be respected and listened to.
I invite you to consult this page, for example, which details our membership of the CDNA union. This is now the professional branch for all specialist vape stores: collective agreement, branch agreements (wages and conditions), supplementary health and provident schemes, solidarity, equality...
And did you know that FIVAPE has negotiated an agreement with the CM2C consumer mediation organization, with free registration for its services for all our members at stake? As a reminder, this set-up has been mandatory since January 1, 2016, with a view to the amicable resolution of any potential dispute with a consumer. And your mediation body must be duly mentioned in your GTCs and, ideally, on your invoices.
