FIVAPE attaches great importance to the protection of the personal data of its members, website users, partners and employees.
FIVAPE complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on data protection (RGPD) dated April 27, 2016, applicable since May 25, 2018, as well as the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978.
In this respect, the present Charter (hereinafter "Charter") sets out FIVAPE's commitments for the protection of the personal data of Internet users visiting this Website. This Charter also aims to inform you about the procedures for collecting and using your personal data, as well as the options available to you for this purpose.

Article 3. Collection and protection of personal data by FIVAPE
The purpose of the present charter is to inform Users of the terms and conditions governing the collection, processing and use of their personal data and of their rights with regard to the protection of personal data in accordance with the applicable provisions.
In this respect, FIVAPE informs collect and process all personal data that the person concerned (or "User") has transmitted when registering on the Website.
This personal data is collected in particular when the User fills in the contact form or when the person concerned logs on to the Website in his or her member area.
The personal data that are mainly processed are the following:
- Data linked to the account created: data concerning the civil status of the mandatary or/and his/her representative, including first name, surname, email address, telephone number, structural data concerning the legal entity he/she represents, including postal address, email address, telephone number, number of employees, date of creation of the structure, type of activity, sales.
- Technical data: site access password.
- Data relating to browsing on the Website: IP address.
Unless you object, you may receive information about FIVAPE products and services by post and/or e-mail if you are a member.
Article 4. Purposes of personal data protection by FIVAPE
This personal data is stored in order to :
- Carry out operations relating to member management: contracts, invoices, accounting and in particular the management of member accounts, the constitution of a member file, the communication of a periodic newsletter, the monitoring of member relations such as the carrying out of satisfaction surveys, the management of complaints, the selection of members for studies or surveys.
- Carry out prospecting operations:
- Management of technical prospecting operations (including technical operations such as normalization, enrichment and de-duplication).
- Selecting people for loyalty-building, prospecting, surveys, tests and promotions.
- Solicitation operations.
Article 5. Retention of personal data and duration
FIVAPE keeps the data subject's personal data in a register set up on a protected and secure computer system.
Access to personal data is restricted to persons authorized by the data controller, and solely on the basis of a specific mission entrusted to them. These persons have a strict obligation of confidentiality concerning all personal data of which they become aware in the course of their duties.
Data is processed and stored by FIVAPE as soon as you register on the Website.
Your data will be kept for a period of 3 years from the end of your membership or from the end of any commercial operation linking you to Fivape. The same applies to any person who has completed the form but does not meet the membership conditions or is not a customer.
At the end of this three-year period, the data controller may contact the data subject again to find out whether he or she wishes to continue receiving commercial solicitations. In the absence of a positive and explicit response from the person concerned, the data will be archived and the account deleted.
Article 6. Consent of the data subject to the processing of personal data
By using the www.fivape.org website owned by FIVAPE, you expressly consent to the collection of your personal data for the purposes described in this Charter.
On your first visit to the website, a pop-up window will appear. It will not appear on subsequent visits, but you can withdraw your consent at any time by following the instructions under the following article "Rights and complaints".
Article 7. Rights and claims
In accordance with current national and European regulations, the User has the right to permanent access, modification, rectification, opposition, deletion, portability and limitation of processing of information concerning him/her.
